ORSER Control and Certification LLC. has been authorized in the area of product certificate (Organic Farming and Turkish Good Agricultural Practice) by the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkey in 2005.

ORSER’s work permits continue by their renewal and its current work permits are presented in Annex-1. The activities of ORSER Control and Certification LLC have been accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency in accordance with ISO 17065. These activities have been carried out within the scope of both the Turkish Organic Farming Legislation and the scope of EU Organic Farming Legislation including Regulations No: 889/2008 and No: 834/2007. The relevant accreditation document is presented in Annex-2.

ORSER applied to the European Union Commission in order to be authorized within the scope of the EU organic agriculture legislation 834/2007 and 889/2008 in the year 2014. The authorization was granted by the Commission and published in the European Union Official Gazette dated 16/12/2015 (Official Journal of the European Union – Commission Implementation Regulation (EU) 2015/2345). Currently, ORSER is authorized for A, B, D, E scopes in the following countries: Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Iran and Bosnia Herzegovina
