IMOcert Latinoamérica Ltda. is a certification body that operates in Latin America.

Legally established in Bolivia, IMOcert has presence in more than 20 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, and has regional offices in Peru, Paraguay, Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras and the Dominican Republic, and representatives in the other countries.

As an organic control body, it has been accredited for many years in accordance with European Union Regulations 834/2007 and 889/2008 by the Dakks. The accreditation is done according to ISO/IEC 17065 and it also has other national accreditations of the countries where it operates and specific authorizations for other sustainable and social schemes.

IMOcert has agreements with several private organic certifiers, such as Naturland, Bio Suisse, Demeter, Rapunzel, to carry out inspections for them.

IMOcert has great experience in the certification of producer groups and has actively collaborated in the origin and development of the methodology of internal control systems of IFOAM and Naturland.
