Working group regulation is the platform for EOCC members to exchange on the implementation of existing regulation as well as to discuss and propose EOCC positions regarding revised/upcoming legislation pieces. Although the working group members recently focused on the revision process of Regulation 834/2007, members also tackle other issues faced by control bodies, so as the interpretation of provisions linked to conversion or operators’ declaration.
Working groups, which are standing bodies dealing with recurrent, horizontal issues (Regulation, Imports).
Task forces, which are established for a limited period of time and dealing with specific issues of the sector (Residues, cross-checks, risk-assessment).
Platforms, which are created on an ad hoc basis when specific problematics occur (currently: electronic certificates, Ukraine).
